Exchange Policy

1. Return within 30 days

Items for return must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Shipping fees for returns are to be borne by buyers

2. Products must be unused

Please note that we cannot refund products that have been used, worn, damaged or altered in any way. We will accept item(s) provided they are returned as new, i.e. are unworn and have been returned with the original packaging, including tags, within 7 day from receiving your goods with the original invoice.

3. Items on sale

Note that item’s on SALE cannot be returned.

4. Faulty goods

An item(s) is deemed faulty if it is received damaged or has a manufacturing fault that is immediately evident or occurs within 7 days of the item(s) being received. If possible the item(s) will be repaired or replaced with the same product, in the same size and colour, subject to availability. If the item(s) cannot be repaired or replaced for the same item, a full refund will be issued.

5. Refund

When we have received the goods and checked it, we will either send you a new item or give you a store credit for the same amount to be used within 30 days. We can only refund your money if the product is faulty and not are able to replace the product.

Delivery and handling fees are neither refundable nor eligible for merchandise credit.

To return or exchange an item we kindly request you to:

  • Request an GRN (GOODS RETURN) number within 7 days of receiving your order by sending an email to luxibubs@gmail.com . Please state your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return or exchange and the reason why (optional).
  • If you would like to exchange your item for another size please let us know the article number and size required to enable us to place the item on hold for you.
  • You will receive an email from us with your GRN number as well as full instructions on how to complete the return

6.Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO BOX XXXXXXX

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are sending an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
